Been asked to log this. Im on a cruise dose of 200 test, so not really any aas in effect here. Ill update weight and post a couple pictures for start date. Going to be using 5iu apidra post workout. 10iu Hgh in the morning. Im somewhere around 205lbs at 10% bf currently. I've lost an inch on both legs over the last month so will be hitting them hard (Knee probs). I follow a powerlifting pyramid routine. Normally sets of 3 or 5. But also toss in some higher rep accessory exercises at the end of my workouts. I plan to do 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Goal is to add 5lbs in the first 3 weeks. Ill be back on a Tren/test/mast cycle mid february. So we should get 2 Slin cycles in before the cycle
