Hello,
Im 38 years old and pretty athletic, I do things like run marathons, triathlons and I've been hitting the weights regularly. I want to bulk up without getting fat or having the estrogen side effects, so I don't know where to start and don't know what to take. There are soooo many articles on whats safe and whats not its confusing. Anyone have any good advice on where to go from here?
