    Where in the world did swofto go???

    I went to send swifto a private message asking for his advice on my pre contest log and I got some weird message saying he has been prohibited to receive private messages.... Anyone know what's up with that??

    I find swofto to be one of the most knowledgeable people on this site and would really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to get in contact with him. I have started a pre contest log and was hoping to get some advice from him.

    Really just critique would be great. I've always just eaten healthy and literally never eaten the exact same thing every day. I'm trying to get on a consist diet but I'm finding that I need to switch some things up from day to day. I'm thinking I want to try carb cycling but I am no good at actually setting up things such as times of meals and macros. I usually just make sure to eat 50-60g of protein every waking hr.. When I want to cut I just increase my cardio and have gotten under 6%bf multiple times. Seeing as tho this is my first show and only ten weeks away I want everything to be perfect. I have a accountability thread posted; anyone please feel free to subscribe.

    then hit the diet section bro, 405, ausnite, gbrice, pete, sarge, stem, to think of a couple off top me head all have forgotten more then alot of people know on the subject in question, just have a look at 405's transformation they know their shit from experience and i have learned alot from them myself

    Yeah, i went thru your log and posted.

    I see that your diet is a little off but it's kinda hard to follow. You have quite the appetite in the middle of the night. haha...

    I'm no expert when it comes to diet and i'm a lot like you in that area. But if you ask for some help in the Nutrition Section i'm sure those guys and gals will be more than happy to help you get on a regular schedule.

    Right in the beginning I was just logging what I was currently doing before starting a actual diet to show about where I started. In my later posts I break down each day individually in one post I edit each day. This looks and is much easier to follow

    There used to be a Member on here called Narkosis ? and Kale ? and SwoleKat ? i think were there names. They used to be the go to guys for pre contest diet plans. But have not seen them on here...


    They probably charge for there advice now. lol

    Honestly I'm thinking I need to just go to a nutritionist myself.... I was just thinking if I could cut that cost out of my precontest then I could run growth up until the show.... But I'm beginning to think it may be more effective in overall results.
