    How to get bicep peaks??

    I can't seem to get peaks it's just a ball when I flex but you can't see the peak from the opposet side. Is it genetics? What do ?

    And make sure you bring the DB up high and twist your wrist at the top to contract the bicep as much as possible.

    Yes twisting is very important make sure to do the twisting motion.

    OMG that's so 80s I think I still have mine laying around somewhere. Personally for concentration curls like that I raise the preacher bench up all the way, stand in front of it leaning over and put my arms on the flat side. Works good.
