Hey everyone.....I usually eat pretty good - but always looking for new tricks tips or advice.....
I just started an ANAVAR cycle,...which in a week will be VAR & TEST .... and Im trying to each as good and clean as possible....heres a basic outline: 6 days a week - friday is my Cheat day
12pm - wake up
1pm - gym, fasted cardio, 25 min
Protein Shake, granola bar or oatmeal
2pm - weight training, 45 min
3pm - grilled chicken or plain cold cuts
5pm - - 6inch Subway Sandwich (buffalo chicken)
9pm - grilled chicken with tomatoes
2am - grilled chicken with tomatoes
Occasionally I will order Moose/elk medallions are eat them for dinner - but they are hard to get in my area
Also - along with TEST, VAR, HGH, and HCG, I also take ....
