    Post First cycle

    Alright, this will be my first cycle ever. I have done a lot of research and I think I finally have my first cycle to work out. I always been a guy who just keeps in shape. Genetically my family is small lol. So saying that i have this cycle in my head.

    1-4 week, d-bol 25mg ed,
    1-6 week, test prop 100mg eod,
    1-6 week, arimidex .5mg ed
    8-10 week, clomid 100mg ed

    What do you guys think? should i change something. Is this to much for a beginner? Critique all you want. This is what i came up with, like i said i am a beginner and i want to take my body on a more serious change. Any advise helps thanks in advance!

    1- stats? (age, weight, height, bf%)
    2- Diet
    3- Goals.

    Sorry sorry lol 27 yrs old, i weigh 164 lbs, i am 5'6 about 18% bf. I am going to be on a diet that will be about 3500 calories. I haven't worked out in 2 years due to medic class that i have put myself threw (IT HAS FINALLY COME TO AN END!!!). i want to lose weight but gain bulk and muscle. My goal i guess i already mentioned it but i want to at least put on 15-20lbs of muscle (real??) idk but i am going to try my hardest.
