    caloroies.

    Stats 6 foot. 245Lbs

    My tdee is 3100
    I have tallyed my meals today so far and I have only ate 1500caloires
    120G protein 45fats and I think 100g carbs. I have even ate 5 slices of pizza. If my tdee is 3100 it seems impossible? If not then why havent I been losing weight?

    No way 5 slices of pizza has only 45g of fat

    Post your entire diet dude.
    We need to see everything. If your calculation is correct that means your eating half if what you need to maintain weight.
    There's no way you're holding onto weight if you're correct on everything you have posted. Post your entire diet in the nutrition section

    5 real slices of pizza are about 1500 calories and thats just pepperoni... and trust me, I know... how do you think I got sooooo sexy over the last year... I ate pizza at least 3 to 4 times a week....

    OP..... you ate more than 1500 cal if you had 5 pieces of pizza, plus other food.
