i have a 5 ML syringe that came with my mixing kit. Just got 5000IU HCG. I added 1 ML bac water and mixed. Then I added another 1 ML bac water. Is this correct?

Yes. 2ml bac water with 5000iu's is correct. Then for 250iu injection you need 1/10 of 1ml.
