    Many good points from this....
    1) notice his left knee didn't move with heavy deadlift. Many guys on forums are having knee pain with squats and deadlift. Watch this...with a grain of salt but note left knee not moving
    2) so notice the right leg...takes more weight that left...but right knee still doesn't advance forward of the bar...why??? Proper technique. Of course his back is strong, but it's not rounded much. Point I'm getting at is his HIPS...deep flexion right hip with forward thrust with glutes to finish lift, straight back throughout And left hip similar to a point but of course, most power was applied on right side.
    3) I'm thinking postoperative left knee cast...he would be silly if this was a bony fracture "busted" left leg...but his smile says no pain!!
