So I picked up some taurine as I read a lot of other people saying it helped reduced back pumps/cramps after deadlifting. Probably b/s but it was 10 bucks for a pound so I figured what the hell.
I was wondering if anyone knew when was recommended to take it in? Currently I am adding it to my pre-workout shake at 5 grams (I teaspoon) and 5 grams post workout.
not sure if I should just add it to my gatorade/bcaa intra workout mix instead of before or what?
Any suggestions? (besides throw it out, lol it may be bunk but hey I got a pound and I was like to at least give something new a shot).
