cyber rights down?

Logging on to cyber-rights is like playing musical chairs, they are down around 5 times a month. It sucks but oh well.

I thought this was free?? How do I get the non-premium account?

I think if you don't log into the account for three weeks it gets closed and the only way to open that same account is with the upgrade. You could probably open one under a different username.

Well I jinxed myself!! Since I posted my last message on this thread its been down just about every other time I try it now. I guess I was just getting lucky before.
