    New to this site

    Hello everyone, I am new to this site and so happy that I found it, it looks fantastic!

    I'm a 31 year old female who's always done something to keep active. The past few years my only interest has been in bodybuilding. There is always so much to learn and so much room to grow, I can't picture my life without it

    Hi there everyone I am new to the site and enjoying the forums very much so far. I am 27f from Maine, we don't have much info. Up here or adleAst I haven't been able to find any. Also I am completely new to using forums, so this will be a huge learning experience for me!

    Welcome! I think you'll find a wealth of knowledge here. Check out our nutrition forum as I personally feel it's the best there is.
