Just got a quick query regarding a bulking diet, this is mine so far;

5 boiled eggs (3 whites 2 whole eggs) on 2 pieces wholemeal toast
Large bowl porridge flavoured with half scoop protein powder

Either 3 scrambled eggs on 2 pieces toast or wholemeal pasta with a can of tuna and some pasta sauce

Chicken breast with white rice and broccoli

Cnp pro mass protein shake

75g mixed nuts

Chicken breast cut into pieces and put into wholemeal pitta with salad

Either fish/steak/chicken or turkey with sweet potato and veg

Peanut butter on ryvita

Cnp pro mass

This is around 3600 Karl's according to the daily burn app, around 370g carbs 90g fat & 260g protein

First of all how does this look, I'm sitting around 175pounds currently and want to get to 190pounds

Secondly even after all this still felt hungry in parts, is it possible to eat too much? And should I just eat this many Kals everyday or should I have a low day to try and trick my body?
