I am currently 160 pounds at 5'11" 13-14%bf
I started my bulk at 125 pounds and my gains have dramatically slowed since then, so I thought Ill get some advice
Im eating 4-5 meals try to keep it real foods mostly
about
150g protein
300-350g carbs
35-50g fats
Does that sound like on on the right track?
