Stats: 23, 6 ft, 180 lbs (82 kg) 10% bf
Lifting experience: 4 years
Daily Diet: 4599 Calories - Protein: 458g - Carbs: 498g - Fats: 69g
I've done two cycles of PH in the past and will be now doing my first AAS Cycle. Before I'm able to start the cycle though I need to run Letro for abit to get rid of some prolactin gyno I got under my right nipple after my last ph cycle.
But once that's all cleared up I will be running the following:
Test E 500 mg a week for weeks 1 - 8.
Clomid 50 mg a day for weeks 9 - 12.
Looking to just put on some solid size without really gaining to much fat, so any advice is very much appreciated.
