Does anyone know a good cycle where you dont have to spend to long off and sacrifice loosing gains, I know some guys that do 5 on 5 off.
Any suggestions would help.

5 on 5off?? what are your stats? and what are you trying to achive, your goals?
5 weeks on 5 off? 5 months on 5 off? 5 days on 5 off?
Im 35, 85kgs, 5ft 7, lean and could probably compete in a year or so. I have been very bad with the grear more time on than off but ive maintained a good physique. When I come off for long periods I loose gains.
My goals are not to add to much mass but to maintain my lean physique which I have so far im just concerned about staying on for to long and the damagec to my natural test levels.
