I am currently at 5'9'' 205 lbs at 10-12% bodyfat. I want to step on stage for the first time in about 12 months. I was always running gear like TIME ON = TIME OFF. Now I really want to aim for maximal gains and was thinking about running gear and GH all year, I understand all the risk from doing it.
Now my question is would running gear all year long doing bridges at lower dose is optimal for muscle gains ?
My current cycle is.
1-8 weeks. 1g test cyp / 500mg EQ. EW
1-5 weeks. 40mg dbol/ed
8-16 weeks: 400mg test prop/ 400mg NPP EW
1-16 weeks. 5ius GH 5 days per week.
If experienced dude can help me by posting here or sending me a PM with a couple of hints and tips would be appriciated.
