i used to do full body workouts with no weight exercies, but i also had a 20 lb dumbbell that i used for a lot of it, should i bother postin what i did?? lol

ive been finding good exercises online just by typing in certain muscle groups and exercise like
chest exercises
abdominal exercises
etc.
some good websites come up...some with videos
since my current gym only has 50lb db 's and nautilus type machines...i need to use some bodyweight moves in between
Years ago now when I use to box we use to do cichlids training which was set up in a large gym we would skip for 10 minutes to warm up then run round the gym do these excercises :
Burpee jumps/squats X 20
Dorsal raise. X20
Wide grip press up. X20
Crunches X20
Standing sprints. 10 seconds
Close grip press ups. X20
Sit ups with a twist. X20
This was done with a 2 minute rest then repeated twice. Great for cardio and working the muscles use to kill me lol
box jumps
jumping alternating lunges
mountain climbers
burpees combined with several pushups and several squats with each burpee
best full body workout would be kickboxing
specific ones would be
dips
pullups/chin ups
