Letrozole the only thing you need??

Have done some reasearch for a while now on AI´s and estrogen.
It seems also that this i a bit individual ,affects us different.
I will soon start my second cycle and hope to learn something new(=.
First cycle consisted of 500mg Test Prop Weekly+10mg nolvadex daily in case of will never use nolvadex during cycle again since i felt tired form it, only for pct next time. This time i had some thoughts about using 0.25mg Arimidex eod during cycle or Aromasin but why use it if its not necessary? As far as i know 250mg Test weekly will convert anyway, how it affects us then is individuall. As far as i know Arimidex are decreasing aromatase activity by around 50% and Aromasin around 80% or more, Letrozole 95-98% if im not wrong. Lets say you run Test alone no AI´and starting to get symtomps lump development etc, in this case Letrozole is the only thing to stop this....The second option Test+0,25mg Adex eod through cycle also this time you are starting to get symptoms and lump you will once again use Letrozole to get rid of it adex is just preventive. My question is would you use arimidex anyway eod during cycle or just use Letrozole when symptoms occur.Have a hard time deciding if i shuold use adex?? or leave it

raised estrogen does alot more then just gyno. And if you use a-dex or aromasin at the proper dose for you, you should never need letro or get gyno.

Bit afraid that it would lower my estro levels to much going for Test E 250mg weekly and 20-50mg dianabol daily first 4weeks.
0.25mg Adex eod is this enough?? lets say i start to feel weak and and lose strength to low estro just lower the dose. When i used 10mg Nolva during my first
cycle already after two weaks i noticed strength lose and felt weak.

Nolva doesnt lower ur estrogen.
Everyone requires a different dose. That may be to much for u or not enough. It all guessing with out bloodvwork
