Time off in between cycles? 14 weeks on 7 weeks off repeat.

My mate does 14 weeks on then 7 weeks off then back on again and said he has done this for many years.......

he gets his blood work done and he is fine so he goes back on.... is this fine to do if blood work comes back ok?

Why have I always heard time on = time off?

The chances are they're are not, and the chances are he doesn't know either because he does not get blood work, so you are saying he jumps back on within a week or 2 after finishing pct....and he's done this for years.....very doubtful his body is fine.. Don't believe what people tell you, he's only trying to justify his reckless acts

Everyone is different, but your time off should be at LEAST time on + PCT!!!

Unless you are a pro bodybuilder i would take the proper time off to let your body rest regardless.
