    Why not just but modernized glutamine? Optimum nutrition sells it as do many other companies and its generally gonna be cheaper to do that than buy a pre mixed

    i think ill try the titan, i mean20 grams of glutamine per serving....plus a cold filtration protien sounds high quality. i work at complete nutrition but have always been on the wall about there stuff, i get great deals so id figure id try.
