    clen problems.. please help...

    I started my clen last sunday. I made it to 120mcgs tday, some shakes, slight head ache..no big deal....ive been eating 2-3 bannanas a day and taking the taurine(1000 mg) per day... Ive been drinking alot of water idk if its two gallons a day but its alot..Im pissing like every half hour....do i need more water...My legs have been killing me tho... I was doing 4miles on the treadmill with ease and now since i started its been a struggle.... However i did start a new job... standing all day.. may have something to do with it but doubt it... What should i do? Thanks in advance..

    are you doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?

    no... my keto should be here any day.. but everything is going good... i can do an hour of cardio but it hurts and i struggle but wasnt before is started the clen.. like i saaid

    try lowering your dose, not everyone can handle 120mcg/day

    I find clen destroys my energy levels, end up napping quite a bit using it. I also get some cramps but funnily enough clen gets rid of my previous sleep problems through being shattered and so the cramping I get from it isn't as bad as the cramping I'd get from them.

    How quickly did you run up to 120mcg and how much experience have you had with stims? I know for fact the first time I ran clen at 120 I was all over the place and I have a fair amount of exp with EC stack and the such. If you can (mine are 40mcg tabs so halves are a pain) drop down too 100mcg and see how you do, if sides still persist and its not worth the clen then drop it.

    Clen kicks my ass even at lower doses, it's just not for me. I can handle large tren doses but 60mcg of clen is a nightmare. I tried albuterol and loved it though.

    The pain started right away.....its not horrible.... just slowing my cardio down and making it hard to go hard...i guess

    100% agree i just got off clen 3 days ago and I feel like I injected 45 bottles of 5hour power. It made me soooooo tired and sluggish because I was sleeping like sh-t at night.

    I generally feel the same, although I have no problems with pain and sleep I do find it hard after a workout to deal with day to day things without feeling shattered. I just see this as a good opportunity to get more rest and therefore recover better, as far as I'm concerned as long as my workouts are done then I'm cool with being drained the rest of the day.

    Oh and also are you cool with stims? I know for a fact that I have a high tolerance to most stims so 120mcg a day isn't too bad for me to deal with, is this your first go with them because that will make a huge difference.

    Its normal to pee alot. Check your body temperature yet? Use a heart rate monitor? Both things will let you know if the clen is working.

    If you're new to stimulants, 120mcg may be a bit high for you at the current time. I'd recommend dropping your dose a little bit to say, 100mcg and see if the side effects lessen to a more tolerable level. Stay there for a few days and see how you feel. Eventually you can move up to the 120mcg/day but you've gotta get used to having stims in your system.

    T-dogg is right. You should check your temperature throughout the day while *off* clen to see what is "normal" for your body. When you're on clen, your temperature range will change. Once it goes back to "normal," it's no longer working (receptor burnout)

    The first time I tried clen, I was pretty experienced with stims (eca for a while, 2-3 grams of caffeine a day for long periods of time, huge doses of preworkout powders, etc. I thought I was going to die when I hit 120mcg clen for the first time.
    Now that I'm treated for ADHD appropriately and not forced to use the previously mentioned stimulants, clen is a cakewalk for me even at 120mcg. I'm on 20mg xr adderall + 15mg IR adderall in the afternoons currently, so I'm pretty used to stims.
    Some just don't find clen tolerable, some do. When I'm sick I like to run clen instead of using sudafed, LOL!

    Not to sound like a fan boy time and time again but im much more of a fan for gw501516 then clen.

    honestly the sides arent bad at all.... i just feel tightness in my calves and my back every once in a while.... i dont think its enough to stop or cut back...its just annoying.... just wondered if there is a way to get it to stop...

    sometimes you just have to deal with it....
