How quickly did you run up to 120mcg and how much experience have you had with stims? I know for fact the first time I ran clen at 120 I was all over the place and I have a fair amount of exp with EC stack and the such. If you can (mine are 40mcg tabs so halves are a pain) drop down too 100mcg and see how you do, if sides still persist and its not worth the clen then drop it.
