The past week my face has been carrying a lot of water, I hvae fluid retention everywhere and I am not even on cycle. Like an idiot I used aromasin to try to counter it thinking it was in increase of water due to increase in estrogen (dutasteride put my body into an estrogen dependant state) so I kept using it and I think I have major water loss bc my face is retaining water, im bloated and constipated. I think im hyponutremic right now. I dropped the aromasin. Can estrogen starve by body of water causing it to retain it and cause swelling and constipation. I am getting symptoms of water intoxication but it has been gradual. Not sure what to do.
i think estrogen loss starved my body of water and sodium, causing ADH release to hold on to water resulting in hypovolemic hyponatremia
