From what I've read sust is best pinned eod because of the prop.. So if I'm pinning sust 350 eod/4x a week that's 1400mg per week...? Isn't that excessive? What are your thoughts?

The number 350 is what you get per ml. So how much you take per week is up to you. Most will pinn eod or e3d with sust.

Ya..thats what I'm saying tdogg. 350mg eod would equal 1400mg per week. I was asking if that number seems a bit to high or is the norm with sust. My last cycle I was only taking 60g per week so it's more then double the amount!

Your confused. You dont have to take 350mgs each time. I said thats what the number is with 1ml of use. Its just simple math. If you want to run more the 350mgs/1ml a week, you just add more.


So you know sust350 is 350mgs/1ml. Lets say you want to run 500mgs per week. That would be approx 1.5ml's.

Run 3/4cc eod. That should do just fine.

@Tdogg: I see what your saying now. I haven't started so no harm done. Ya I guess my question was a bit novas. @stpete: when I'm finally ready to start the cycle ill start with 3/4 and go from there. Thanks!
