I'm running 100mg ed. Whats the best way to run it?
- 50mg moring & 50 mg night
- split it up morning, noon, and night.
- take it all pre-workout? (although something tells me 100mg at one shot is not a good idea
- maybe 40mg in the morning and 60 pre workout?
what do you guys say?
so far ive been doing 50mg with breakfast and the other 50 around 6pm which is about an hour and a half before i hit the gym
