    How to gain more curves and butt ?

    Hello I'm new to this forum but my girlfriend is trying to get a little thicker and gain more curves she's 5"8 weight 115 is there any suppliments or foods she could get recommended please feel free to comment

    She basically eats whatever she's in the mood for honestly she doesn't really have a based diet would a diet help her get gains ?

    Yes a solid diet would help. She needs to make sure she is eating enough to support growth. Also weight training... what's her program like?

    She's 19 years old and yeah she gonna start the gym now she hasn't really been active for a couple years now

    She's been looking online is macs root a good suppliment to getting thinker and bigger booty

    Ass to ground squats
    Walking lunges
    Weighted hypeds
    Romanian dead lifts
    Hamstring curls in the knees (doggie position sorry)
    Weighted glute bridges
    Anterior reach
    Cable pull through

    Lots of Ass to the ground squats. Lunges are a good thing to do too.

    Eddie, as Twitz and GGR have eluded, this is about diet. Plus her genetic body shape and where she keeps most of her weight.

    He's to the nutrition forum and specifically read the lean bulking sticky written by GBrice and work out a diet from that info.

    If you're unsure as to her bodyfat % there is also a sticky there with example pictures of men and women's %'s.

    Set her up a diet you'll be amazed at what a solid diet can do in just a few weeks, no need for spending $$ on sups

    When you say ass to the ground squats, with weights or no weights?

    Im trying to slowly get my girl to do some basic leg exercise with out weights then slowly get her ass to the gym.

    They gave me some good ideas which were to use resistance bands to do forward lounges and side lounges.

    What do you think?
