Cycle critique: I wouldn't employ both Anavar and Winstrol in the same cycle for various reasons. I don't know about your cycle history and/or overall AAS experience; however, my experience has shown me that typical DHT sides can occur very rapidly and to a significant extent when multiple DHT compounds are stacked together. Moreover, 100mg Winstrol ED is a very generous amount IMO, and it should do a very good job combined with Test P and NPP in terms of meeting the demands of any cutting cycle. Again, I would either go with a higher dose of Anavar or just stick to Winstrol at the suggested dose.
Diet critique: I don't necessarily agree with the logic behind eating 500 cal above TDEE on training days and 500cal under TDEE on non-training days simply given the fact that your metabolism responds to patterns as opposed to instant modifications. If you approach your diet on a weekly base, you'll see that +500cal -500cal model eventually evens itself out. I am assuming you'll be getting +500cal from carbs on training days in order to be able to survive through high-volume workouts and cardio, hence -500cals from carbs on non-training days will help you burn more fat due to low insulin levels. Even if this is the logic behind it, I have to say I wouldn't bet on it because in the end your weekly caloric intake will be the same, which largely determines how the recomped physique will turn out in the end.
