    Neeed Help with my Diet!!!!

    Hey whatsup everyone, ive been working out for about 6 months now, but i dont have my diet down at all. i am 5'11 and weigh 145 lbs. Im trying to gain lean muscle because i have a slow metabolism and im scared if i eat too much ill just put a lot of fat weight on.. It would be great to have a set diet down.. I got to the gym around 9:30 A.m. 6 days a week. Please lmk if you have a good high protein diet for me! Thanks!!

    Good job on starting the process of a transformation, also kudos for visiting the nutrition section and welcome. However, no one here is going to GIVE you a diet. We will answer any question you have and point you in the right direction, but were not going to do the work for you, we don't get paid

    Step 1: tdee

    Look it up, learn what it is, and figure yours out.

    Both you, and us, will need to know your bodyfat % too!
