Hey whatsup everyone, ive been working out for about 6 months now, but i dont have my diet down at all. i am 5'11 and weigh 145 lbs. Im trying to gain lean muscle because i have a slow metabolism and im scared if i eat too much ill just put a lot of fat weight on.. It would be great to have a set diet down.. I got to the gym around 9:30 A.m. 6 days a week. Please lmk if you have a good high protein diet for me! Thanks!!
