Hi everyone,
Gained loads of body fat durung second pregnancy and struggling to shift it. Used to train 6 times a week but had about 3 years out and now getting back into it again. Sticking to basics lifts - deadlift, clean and press, squats and a few upper body bits - curls, dumbell press and tricep extensions. Also using ECA stack with a high protein low carb diet. Bit of a shock to the system! Any advice and tips greatly appreciated on diet, training or anything that will help me get my body back! Currently weighing in at 237lb, aiming for around 180lb.
