    Great transformation in 3 weeks but...let's keep it real. This was do to a change in diet and increased cardio no doubt! tren did not cause this tranformation!

    god damn i would die on that diet! major props for dedication and strength! it looks like you're a big fella and you could benefit from eating more protein. also don't be afraid of dietary fats like flax seed oil, they really do help.

    Keep cutting bro, you're doing good so far. The tren will make your cut a lot faster and less miserable.
