im 45yrs 6'3" 210 lbs estimating about 25-30% bodyfat
i would like to get to 220 solid and lean
i do have slight copd and have been prescribed albuterol as needed but dont use it
currently on chantix to quit smoking 3 weeks into it....
heres what im think of high protein with low carb and complex card diet
workouts 5-6 times a week with cardio 5 times a week

this is a twelve week cycle i just stopped at 8 because of repetition
