    GirlyGymRat In Our Thoughts and Prayers

    For those that don't know GGR will be having a little surgery tomorrow for her shoulder. I thought it would be nice if she went to sleep tonight knowing that there are people keeping her in their thoughts and prayers during the surgery and the recovery.


    GGR I wish you a safe procedure and a pain free recovery. You are in my prayers and I will be thinking about you tomorrow. Please don't worry. You are going to be fine. Better than before actually. You can use your good arm to keep us guys straight on here. Sleep well. Girly

    thanks for the thoughts and prayers..rotator cuff surgery in the morning. not looking forward to the weekend...and still haven't made decision on the in care helper, but the response to Craig List has been OVERWHELMING!!!

    Good luck!

    I recently had a Clavicle Resection done and all I can say is get of the meds and start the physical therapy asap. I was doing my light gym work after 2 weeks. If its a ligament thing then you may be down longer.

    Anyway, Wishing you the best and a speedy recovery!

    good to hear!!!! Medical supply company delivered a mechanical device that articulates the shoulder. I will be using that starting day after surgery for 40 days and will start physical therapy also. I am lookng forward to lifting and lifting heavy once recovered
