HRT Help Needed ASAP

I have been on HRT for roughly 3 months doing a cycle of 250 mgs of Cyp and .025 of AI a week. However, I noticed my nipples are a bit sensitive. I had gyno surgery roughly 20 years ago after 1, 10 week cycle of test and have not used it again until recently. Should I stop the cycle or up the AI's. Any advice is helpful. My current free t level is 244 and my estradiol level is 55.

Would it help to up the Anast or include Tamaxafin?

You will want to up the anastrozole to bring down the estrogen. You need to include the ranges for the blood results for better feedback. We also have a forum dedicated to HRT.

If he is legitly prescribed HRT, his doctor should of gone over what exatly the treatment is and what is to be expected from it. Espically how to deal with AI and keep his e2 in tac.

It is legit. I ask the doc yesterday and he said to increase the anast to EOD. The only difference in what was recommended was the test dose. They recommended .5cc every 3.5 days and i take .7 every 3.5 days. I am seeking advice based on the senior members first hand knowledge not the docs text book. All help is appreciated. I can post blood work if needed

What is your gear dosed at? Dr are common for not going over things with there patients cause the darn dr don't know what they are doing!

It is 200mg of test cyp. I get it directly from local pharmacy.

Yes, I realize I am running 280mg. I was feeling great or seeing gains at 200mg. I figured if I am on it I might as well get the benefit of gaining some muscle. I weigh 170 and have 15%bf. what are your thoughts

I just told you that 280mg is too high for HRT.

What can we deduce from this? You need to cut back on that dosage, 150-200mg is the typical range for HRT and there are various legitimate reasons for it.

If your dr wants you to run labs again any time soon you are really going to mess up the numbers. I would not recommend blasting until your doc has you at least leveled out.

Your TRT dosage is high as stated. 200mg per week is usually about the high end that we see but it is based on blood work as we all metabolize differently. More is not better in TRT. You need to go back to your prescribed dosage and then evaluate via proper BW. Which should have been done at around the 6 week mark. Take a look at the HRT Forum like Fit said above. The Finding A Doc sticky has an example of BW to have done. Use it.

You need to know where your at on your normal dosage to then make an educated decision on the titration of ancillaries, etc. TRT effects many things, not just testosterone levels. Think long-term health first. More is not better with TRT. After getting dialed in if you want to blast a bit so be it, but first things first.

I will drop back down to 200mg if that is recommended. if i do increase it, when is a good time? I just had my second labs on Dec 28 and the next in roughly six weeks. Will I see gains from 200mg?

All good info, I have my bw prior to HRT and have it from Oct1 and Dec 28, I can provide a overview if needed. They ran,

Total test
Free test
Estradiol
PSA
DHEA

What was your E2 level on those labs? Hell, for that matter post them up with ranges for review. It's what we do! Your goal should be to go without an AI if possible. My protocol is 60mg cyp every 3.5 days and HCG (you need this) at 250 IU's M-W-F. I do not need an AI. More is not better here. BETTER is better.

When it comes to increasing it's like I said in my last post. AFTER you get dialed in with all ancillaries and you know your body. Right now you're throwing darts and guessing. When are you taking your AI relative to your injections?

When it comes to gains all the aas in the world won't help unless your nutrition and training are spot on. If it was a simple as aas we'd all be pro's!

Read the stickies in the HRT Forum. You need to learn and understand the info there. It will help you greatly.

Estradiol was 40 in Oct and 55 in December
PSA 0.6 in Oct and December
Total Test was 1173 in Oct and 1210 in December


Prior to starting HRT my test was 180 & 220 respectively, they did not run the estradiol or PSA at that time. I train four days a week and take 10,000 units of vitamin D, milk thistle, DHEA, Zinc, and B12

You really shouldnt be messing around with any of your trt doses. Your doc needs to get you leveled out and if you are running labs again in 6 weeks you better drop the dose NOW! HCG should be 250 iu 2 X EW

I will take the advice from the group and drop dosage. I did not increase my HCG dose that is what the dic recommended and hence the advice from the group.

Supps look decent. Make sure your dhea is mocronized otherwise your pretty much wasting money. Add in micronized pregnenolone as well. Yes, there's a sticky on them as well.

Make sure your E2 test is a sensitive assay.

Personally I'd do a month of 25mg micro DHEA then up it to 50.
For Preg 50mg micro is fine.
Take them in the morning as they can have a stimulatory effect so you don't want that at bedtime.
