I would guess 20%, ppl have to take in consideration losing 90lbs would leave a lot of extra skin on most ppl...so It's hard to tell brother, your legs look like 14%. How much loose skin do you have around your waste.

It took me 11 months to drop all the way down to 189 from 290 only cardio no weight training. I did it from watching calories only. I didn't know anything about macros. I took myself all the way down to 1200 calories near the end but I've always ate atleast 5 meals a day. I have a lot of lose skin obviously the way I lost my weight and so fast. My goal this year is to get to below or at 15% body fat. Is this goal achievable obviously I have the will and want.

A little reasoning behind the weight gain I jumped on a ph and started weight training and upped my calories just some. I took Dmz suspension and just came off the cycle probably 3 weeks ago.

That's the reason you had 100+ pounds of fat? You were on a ph and upped your calories and ended up at 290?

I say 27%. Also, me...I would forget the bench weight. Good to have that goal to keep the drive, but you are talking BF%. What you lift is irrelevant. Back when I looked good You would think I could lift this and that. People were surprise as to what I could not and how I got there. Well my body is not a STRONG body. Hey You have done awesome, very cool but the plan for now is quite the same, diet and train, train and train harder with the cardio also of course. crazy mike

Technically you could keep the weight you have by losing fat weight and replacing with muscle weight. In time, you are what you are at you mass weight. ...cm

    Totally agree on this...
Cardio is eF crucial in loosing bf (hate people who use the expresion "loosing weight")

Yes sir I'm already hard at it. I'm still to new to the game and doing the natural way like all you old school guys stress I don't need to hurt myself. I've been watching my macro spread doing 20 min of cardio at lunch and 1.5 hr of constant weight training 5 days a week. I'm going to give fasted cardio a run tomorrow. Like I said I defiantly have the will and want I just may need some advise along the way.

Last thing. I have had buddies brave as yourself you said..."it's time for change"! An I right? Fat has been freezled' now let's concentrate on the excess skin. The in of itself is considered fat. (Bs if u ask me. But u may want to look into some form or forum for skin elasticity.

25% + for sure. I been all the way to almost 30% and down to 12-13%.

Possibly less due to loose skin, hard to tell. I have been lucky and my skin has been good to me in most areas, yet I still have spots of nasty stretch marks.

    Good luck bro!

^ congrats on the weight loss. Looking much better. That's about 20 to 21%, where your first images in the OP look closer to 28-29%.

ps. Something is wrong with your Tahoe. The frame is sitting on the ground.

^ That's how elasticity works. Check out the spa section for ways to help with that.

^ you are making great progress. Impressive actually. Believe it or not most people are far too lazy to do what you've done. So pat yourself on the back, Champ.

    Have a powerful day!
