Why isn't my choice a good one ? Jose conseco said it was a great starter supplement and from my research it seemed good.

Alright well I workout 4/5 days a week calorie intake is about 2000 a day. What would you recommend for a rookie user ?
He needs your full stats to be able to point you in any direction. And 2000 calories you aren't going to achieve any goals in lean body mass gains.
I know I need to be taking a lot more but I only weigh 140 lbs at 5'7 I'm not sure what my bf% is

My diet is starting to increase again before I took a break I was 155 lbs before I started working out I was 130. Biggest problem was I got laid off didn't have money for supplements and got very sick so I was out of the gym for awhile. I basically want to use steroids to boost some gains fast, I'd like to hit 170 and then get off them and use supplements to maintain my gains
