A friend tells me to start from day 14??

Ye i have run cycle, pct and nutrition through but just never got around to asking about the arimidex thats all... 1/4 tablet every other day is the recommended dose Ive been told!

yes start from the beginning, but learn to recognize high and low E sides regardless. arimidex is quite strong so .25mg eod is recommended to start.
