Hey guys an gals, I have a important question for you. I'm 43 yrs. old, run 3 miles a day, anoerobic workout evenings (6 days) with high reps. I have lost 62lbs in the last two yrs. I'm also only 5'6'' tall. My question to you all is what would you start your first cycle with if you were me? I'm not asking for referrals or any thing like that just a couple of ideas for myself to study up on before next month. Treat your answers like a poll or example of how you started out.
