Winny alone? What dose? It's hell on connective tissue so don't push things too far. Ligaments and tendons will dry out and lose elasticity increasing propensity for serious injury. I prefer low dose winstrol, 25mg ED for 6 weeks before comps hardens me up nicely
I take about 1mill of win once a day.im am using it with dianabol. Just about to end my d Bol cycle though. When I started working out about six months ago, I was using just dbol. I gained about thirty pounds max in four months. Now I want to cut down to prepare for summer. Using windy now. I weigh 184 currently.

For me my steroid stacking helped my mass gains, my dieting down, removing my water cut me when I stayed hard training thru with Winstrol before, during and all thru the show time. Winstrol being what it is gives me the bit of strength, stamina, and appetite to continue on through the off cycle. Okay so apparently I'm doing things wayy wrong. And I'm more than willing to learn and progress from this. But at the same time, I had crazy gains frm what I did. And it came quick too! Hard training and clean eating really helped I'm sure. But it was what I was tacking and in low doses that really took my physique to that level. it makes me feel good and this is only the beginning.
Advice with it all is take it slow, patience, read listen and learn. To get a perspective of what happens fast look at the advanced body you like in the gym and ask how long it took. I'll bet no one achieved your goal in less then at least a beginning of 5 yrs. What you see on you comes fast, what others see comes slower in most cases....and that's not so crazy mike

I've come a long way with bf so for. When i first got back into training several months ago i had it checked and it was an embarrasing 26.6 or 7%. I've gotten it down to about 18 right now i think, it's still high though. I'm still having a big struggle with that lower stomach, mid section fat. I'll do some research on primo though.
