I would just because its cheap to buy some new stuff. Can't tell you if the stuff is still good or not but that's how id go about it
you should be OK...Ive read a study (I think it had to do w/ the military) about expired vitamins/medications and they were still good 5+ years post expiration date. Provided of course the supp has been stored in a cool, dry, dark place. If anything it might have lost a smidge of potency, but just for comparison, I've been on ECA for the last ~4 weeks using vasopro that expired in Oct of 2009 and its working like a charm![]()
Boom, knowledge dropped. Thanks BD
Thank you next time I won't buy 5lbs lol
I wouldn't worry about it buddy. If anything the taste would be like ewww.
^^^ it was a good price lol
It was worthless before it expired so shouldn't be a problem now.
LOL. Come on now..... The supplement industry is a multi-billion dollar business here in the states. Its all legit, rightI am so glad you are back!
To the OP- Its pretty cheap. Even though it should still be fine, might as well drop the 10bucks and get news tuff.
I would use it. A lot of times powders start clumping, but I think they are still effective and would test out just as potent.
