I am in search of a recipe for a snack containing.. 30-40grams of protein, 13-17grams of fat, and 0-5 grams of carbs.. I was mostly looking to make protein bars but most of those recipes would put me way over the carb mark.. Any suggestion guys??

Hummm that is a hard one, try looking for CKD or Keto snacks, that would put you on the right track with little carbs. I would say probably some type of lean meat and Natural PB would be able to get you there.
