hello everyone. im 21, l60lbs and im 5'7. ive been lifing for about 4 yrs but my last two years had been my best. i always try an eat healthies, sometimes cheat an have pizza or something like that but then regret it haha. lately though ive been just trying to get cut and havnt seen any result at all. im not rlly a muscular kid ( unless i take my shirt off an flex thn u could tell)lol i have good streght from lifting and i can see my outline for the six pack but have that little bit of fat covering it up--->.....so my question is what is the best diet to loose fat and get shredded!
also how much should i eat at a time?
here what my meals usually look like. it changed but is always similar to how i have it set up.
another thing is when i cook, ill buy chicken for example an cook a bunch up for the next day an id have like three meals with chicken an veggies or something like that... is that bad?

banna-or some fruit
fat free or 1% millk

10:00am
snack -protein

some kind of meat- chicken, hamburg
cup of veggies
FF milk or water
1:00pm
protien, drink or snack

some kind of meat- chicken hamburg
veggies
apple / banana/ orange
water
4:00pm
fruit
protein
just something light
5:30-6pm
could be anything, some meat , chicken fish, steak .
veggies
cottage cheese
water
9:00pm
something light protein drink
peanut butter jlly sandwich one slice of wheat( just something small)
I would like any advise, opinions or thoughts, anything and everything is good.
