    Small tear?

Back in November during an incident at work I was injured from my right elbow up to what feels like the top of my right pec. The way I landed and the manner my arm extended it took me out of the game for a good amount of time. I've slowly worked my way back into lifting and my doc's ruled out any rotator cuff/bone injury but said it could be a small tear or hyper extension of the pec. Anyone else ever injure their pec and approximately how long the recovery is? I can do push-ups but I am unable to do heavy weight and fully lower the bar to my chest on benching. Thanks in advance!

    Did you get an MRI?

No, I've sort of been avoiding it. I need to but I am having anxiety about it. I'm in the military & I don't want to lose my spot on my PLT right now. I'm heading to a chiro to get X-Rays on the down low to see what the problem is. I'll post again once I know more.
