    hard to tell if its fat or loose skin, hmmmmm.. 20-22% just guessing here some of the other guys may have more of an idea

    just started lifting was going to incorporate maximuscle into my diet??

    i don't think its lose skin because i was only 1 stone heavier than what i am now at my heaviest

    Just eat food. A proper diet combined with a quality lifting programme and cardio routine will do wonders.

    Maxi muscle is overpriced and overhyped.

    ahh thanks 1 problem i have already bought 2 tubs £90 worth ahahaha im just strugleing to structure a good diet and workout program and cardio and i all so have creatine what you think of that?

    Ah we'll, use it but don't buy anymore

    Creatine never worked for me. I'd wait until you're in a period of heavy an use it.

    LOL, he's using the excuse of age (being 50yrs old) for being 22% body fat instead of 15% or below where he should be.
