Appetite out of control -- Help!!

Before starting my test e cycle 2 weeks ago, I was on a 700 cal deficit and was doing just fine. Been on a diet for 3 months before starting the cycle. I wasn't even feeling hungry then, I was eating 2,300 cals and by the end of the day I go to bed happy.

I was thinking of slowly transitioning into a lean bulk during this cycle. The plan was to increase calories slowly and cap them at 3,600, but nothing could've prepared me for this..

I'm on week 2 and holy shyt do I feel hungry all the time!! I eat all the calories I have planned for the day almost as soon as I wake, fast forward half and hour later and I'm soo hungry my stomach literally hurts. And if it's a workout day, counting calories becomes as futile as counting the freakin stars. Many times now I'm waking up in the middle of the night out of hunger, something that's never happened to me before..

Keep in mind this test hasn't even peaked or stabilized in my system. Should I just listen to my body and EAT. I know if I don't count calories for the day, I'm gonna easily tap 6,000 cals, and that's if I try my best to eat squeaky clean.

I take at least 1,000mg of caffeine every day and I take EGCG caps (green tea extract) with every meal.

Ahh, good question! My meal frequency is quite low (1-3 meals). This has always worked for me, I don't think it's about meal frequency, but more about appetite and body demand for food in general.

i agree, i dont believe in that 5-6 meals things, its more about nutrient timing and making sure your macros are getting met. however, increasing your meal frequency may help, even if its just constant eating all day, or you can try taking the caffeine and green tea extract on an empty stomach when you start feeling hungry between meals. or even drinking a serving of BCAA's between meals. i do an intermittent fasting diet apprach, so i dont eat for 16 hours, a BCAA drink usually helps with the hungar pains. other then that...self control brotha

So feeling hungry doesn't mean I should eat more? I was hoping it's more like my body's way of telling me it's ready to grow.

if you eat more, you will grow more. and your on aas, your body is ready to grow, but your first post implied that you are cutting. usually the use of aas while cutting is used to preserve muscle, not grow it. now if you want to gain lean mass you need to eat above your tdee.

That multi vitamin you take is a waste of money. I speak of injectable B12.

Test didn't make me hungry either.

I'm running albuterol and almost have to force myself to eat. Absolutely loving this. Suppresses my appetite big time.

Yea lol, only thing that has me worried is the b12 is water based, I could see myself pushing hard to get the gear in then hitting a soft bundle and injecting way to fast.

Ah...good point. I would do it, but B12 increases appetite and I do NOT need that.

I had the same problem when taking more than 500 mg test weekly..... and even ruined what i had accomplished once....couldn`t stop eating.
Well, luckily i found the solution and it`s called bromokriptine......5 mg daily, everymorning. For those properties of bromo i read in Lyle Mcdonald`s namesake book.
Give it a try, won`t do any harm
