    Bulking diet BLOATED!

    Hey guys just curious as to why I'm bloated all the time! It's annoying and I look like a fat guy with a beer gut that has a muscley body.... And question leading to reason please go right ahead. Thanks

    1 breakfast 1 cup of oats 2 cups of egg whites
    2 200 grams rice 200grams chicken breast
    3 200grams rice 200grams chicken breast
    4 200grams rice 200grams steak
    5 200grams sweet potato 200grams chicken breast
    6 mass gainer protein shake

    You have no fibre in your diet! Start eating some veggies. Actually, more than some. White rice, white pasta and white bread bloat me. Switch it up for brown, there'll be more fibre and less volume.

    Sweet and what's sweet potato class as then? So could I go 150 grams of rice and 50 grams of greens?

    It's a potato, kind of.

    Fibrous cruciferous veggies is what you need. Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, green beans etc.

    If you drop 50g weight of rice you would need several hundred g's to replace it. Eat your rice as planned and add the veggies, don't worry about any calories that they add.

    Out of curiosity, what are your stats and what are the macro's of that diet?

    165cm bf not sure 82kgs protein 419 carbs 327.2 fats 49.5 grams roughly 4000 cals

    Have a guess on bodyfat. Do you have an active job? 4000 cals sounds a lot for your weight, even if you are 5% bf.

    I'm a carpenter so yeah in summer I sweat from 7-3 then an hour during gym and probably 2 hours at home haha. Guessing around 14% bf
