    What to take?

    I can bulk pertty good even without roids but I'm haveing trouble getting rid of the last bit of fat to really look chiseled. My gains have also gotten small I wanna get stronger without to much bulk. Last time I took 50mg a day of anavar for ten weeks and got great results. Anything better or suggestions. I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

    What's your diet.. Get ALOT of results by dieting correctly

    So the anavar gave you good strength gains? What happened after you stopped taking it?

    Diets good lots of protein and veggies I have one cheat day a week. Only supplements are vitamins and NO before working out.
    I'm 6' 225lbs

    Yea got strength gains not huge but stopped me from plateauing and kept them as long as I kept lifting

    Just checked it out I'm doing pertty good but I really don't want to cut my intake to much last time I tried that I felt immediate effects

    Well I can't tell you from a personal experience but my friend wanted to cut also and he did not want to so AAS so he used hydroxycut and he is very pleased with the outcome

    That might work but I'm still looking to get strength gains too. I've tried oxy elite before it works good for cutting but still lacking the strength gains I want

    choose one or the other mate. bulk or CUT!

    you wanna cut, cut your calories more or add in cardio/rid the cheat day and stick to one cheatmeal a week/ever 10 days. There your options. or try clen/t3 or DNP BUT RESEARCH THEM FIRST!

    Also mind posting up your current diet, with marcos, Your TDEE etc.

    I'm 27 6' and my body fat is around 11%
