With that being said... I would really like your help because I will be the first one to say I don't know near everything I need to know. How would you tweak my plan diet after I tell you why the diet is the way it is??? I was to lazy to type out the exact amounts that I go by, but if it will help you help me then I will. I am going to college and get three free meal plans a day. That is why I get subway and "some lean meat" is because me and my buddies after gym go to a cafeteria style place on campus that accepts meal plans. They have something different each day, but always have a healthy choice of fish, beef, chicken. Have you never heard of people taking post workout dextrose?? It's a quick digesting carb to help your body recover optimally there have been plenty of studies on it and as long as it fits my daily micros it's fine. It was explained to me that a calorie is a calorie it doesn't matter if it is from protein, fat, or carb as long as I am hitting the amounts of each I want that day.
