Hi everyone,
So I am a Crossfit trainer and I preach the Paleo diet and zone diet for most people, my wife does it and it works. The only issue is that it doesnt work fast enough for her, she ran some HCG for 6 weeks and lost 10lbs but hasnt lost any since then. She Crossfits and lifts 5 days a week, any advice? Female diets seem a lot harder than males atleast for her, I can coach plently of other women and it works butnot her.
