Call it what u will, (absess drainage) it's still surgery..they stuck a long ass Lido-caine needle and via IV fed me 2 anti-biotics...and a knife was used to scrape the glute and remove the abcess via 2 plastic drainage tubes.
2 tubes were used. I had 2 tubes FILLED UP TO CAPACITY of what looked like Tar from my glutes.
My PIP happened 4 days ago after penetrating the injections spot 7 days ago. To which it was painful to sleep on my right side..so painful I'd have to groan an "Ow" The PIP pain snuck up on me on the 4th day---it was a creeper, it was slow---that's what happens with high conc. gear.

I used a 1.5 inch pin. and hit the right glute, the Test was high concentration gear at 400mgs/mL. I only injected .6 mL in that glute area which is 250 mgs of Test. I pushed it slow. I sterilized before the shot with an alcohol pad, I sterilized after the pin with an alcohol pad.
NO pain on penetration...no pain 3-4 days later, then BOOM ON THE 5TH DAY i HAD trouble sleeping on my right side cos my butt hurt (the injection spot).
It was pinkish, puffy and warm.
Went to the doctor to get some vikodin to sell to someone to make some extra money and to use the PIP and lack of me sleeping and being in constant pain (and ibuprofin/tylenol not working) as an excuse for the doc to prescribe vikodin so I could sell it to someone who was interested in Vikodin.
Am I glad I went cos like I state several times, it was only at day 5 where I felt the PIP, today was day 7 of the unbearable PIP--which means I had the PIP for day 5, day 6, & day 7 (only 3 effin days!)
So because of trying to do something illegal, trying to make some extra cash by getting a vikodin prescription and by feeding some guy's need for opiates...I actually might have saved my life!!
The doc looked at it and said this was not a normal injection site reaction..it was hard to the touch....he used scalpels, and some drainage tubes. He told me I had "significant abcess".
I even have to come back in 1 day and a half to see with ultra-sound if the abcess has totally gone or somehow re-generated like the Effin Blob!
The nurse told me that abcesses can be common with frequent IM injections.
I told her I sterilizzed my tools well...
She said: well you might not have hit the muscle and the Test might have interracted outside the muscle and formed an abcess
BUT WITH MY AFORESAID 1.5 INCH NEEDLE AND PIN TO THE GLUTE NONE OF THE TEST OOZED OUT...
what's worse---I did not have a fever with the triage nurse when he took my temperature.
what's worse than that??....I didn't even have any symptoms of hot and cold, chills, etc.
what's even worse than those above 2 if that's even effin possible?!
The abcess could have spread to my hip bone I guess or my tail bone---what then??!!! Then she said some crap about "Septic" which sounds like the stuff used to clean homes from toilet refuse...But I guess in medical terms is an abcess that has worsened so much that can actually kill you.
Upon leaving he prescribed me 2 oral anti-biotics in additon to the Vikodin.
The doc was upset and said you can't do this anymore...
I guess, I can't...Need to get some Test cream.
If that shit's ever sold in the black market...ANYONE KNOW IF TEST. CREAM LIKE "TESTIN" IS SOLD ON THE BLACK MARKET?
I CANT AFFORD THE CRAZY $500 FEE TO HAVE A BLOOD WORK DONE BY AN ANTI-AGING DOC TO SEE IF I'M LOW ON HORMONES AND PROBABLY THE CRAZY PRICE FOR TESTIN THAT THEY CHARGE.
How effective is Testin, btw? how effective is Androgen 5.0 or whatever they advertise on t.v. ?
Are those creams just for increasing energy and Libido? I need something that increases muscle mass.
Did this high concentration gear from Geneza Pharm. at 400 mgs/ML have a greater propensity to cause an abcesss?? I don't know..

2) tESTOSTERONE CREAM
3) I MIGHT TRY ORAL TREN COS IM RIGHT NOW PISSED IM AT A BIG DISADVANTAGE...IF I TAKE LOW DOSES FOR 1-2 WEEKS TOPS AND LIV. 52, LOTS OF MILK THISTLE, PRIMORDIAL LIVER JUICE...I SHOULD BE FINE.
I KNOW ORALS AND THEIR HALF LIVES ARE NOT PREDICATABLE....BUT THE SCARE OF AN ABCESS IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.
THAT'S IT....NO MORE PINS, NO MORE AMPULES---I WANT TO GET BIG, BUT MY LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT.

THE BIG THING IS THAT 4-5 DAYS OF PIP, IF THE SPOT IS RED, WARM AND FEELS STIFF/HARD UNDER THE SKIN GO TO A DOC.
HAVE HIM DO ULTRA-SOUND.
REMEMBER WHAT'S SCARY IS THE ABCESS WAS SIGNIFICANT IN MY GLUTE AND I HAD NORMAL TEMPERATURE...NO FEVER!! SCARY SHIT!
***Also bros...I don't like to give up easily....any other ideas on my alternatives now that PINning is out of the question? Test Cream? Oral only cycles in low doses run for a short period of time with good liver protectants?

Here's some interesting info. on high concerntration gear PIP PAIN from a username by the name of Swm (something or another...sorry--I forgot his exact user name but he's a "productive member"):
"High concentration gear has more suspended hormone in a relatively small amount of oil. Oil is absorbed by the body at a fairly standard rate. The reason pharmaceutical companies suspend hormones like test cyp at 200 is because by the time the oil is absorbed, so has the hormone. In your case the oil is absorbed and some of the raw hormone material is left behind sitting in the muscle tissue without any oil to suspend itself in. Hormone powders are crystalline in nature. You have tiny crystal fragments in your muscle tissue after a few days once the oil has dissipated. That's where the pain often comes from. Not always but in your case of test 400, I'd bet on it."
The above was a very good answer on why my PIP pain doesn't come upon penetration of the PIN or shortly thereafter, but why the PIP PAIN comes about 4 days later.
I'm using Test 400mg/Ml which obviously is high-concentration gear.
I am injecting slow.
I am only using .6 ML which amounts to 250 mgs/Testosterone @ every 3 days for a total of 500 mgs/week till I taper down.
Yet, after a recent glute injection 5 days ago with a 1.5 in. pin, Which was my 1st self-injection in that area, I loved it! No pain upon penetration of the PIN, no pain 3 days later...THEN:
BOOM! ON THE 4TH OR 5TH DAY...
I cant' I turn over to my right side when I sleep--the side I pinned the glute,
I need to say "ow" even though sayin that doesn't help physically, but probably helps pyschologically.

My question is one you just have to please confirm or ratify "This PIP PAIN IS something I DO NOT have to worrry about..I've heard horror stories of the PIP Pain in the glute area which basically leaves after a while...So, So *Even if the area is slightly warm, and pinkish...unless I feel hot and cold or have a fever...I'm okay...NO INfection.

Again: I am only using .6 mL which amounts to 250 mgs still I have lumps and real bad pain on my PIN sites...and also pinkish marks on my site injections.
I'm never buying high-concentration gear again. It defeats the purpose of A.A.S. when ur delts, pecs, glutes (all of which are areas I PIN) are in pain or pink and cannot be worked out or trained to their MAX.

HERE'S A GOOD ANSWER FROM A POSTER BY THE USERNAME "SCHWARZENEGGER":
High conc test is high conc test no matter the injection amount
For example at 400mg/mL, and say for the sake of example, the concentration is 2:1 test to oil
even if u drop the dosage to 200mg injection the concentration of compound to oil is still gonna be the same 2:1 ratio just less of each. So therefore in both cases the oil will absorb before the test, ie crystals left in ur muscle. Thats why ur getting the pain even if low injection dosage with the same high concentration compound. Hope that made sense.
If the area is warm to touch and getting red, its an inflammatory response to something foreign detected in your body. Not an infection but the response by ur body is that as if u had an infection. It also could be an infection because an infection will have the same symptoms. So u cant tell without going to a doc.
I injected test prop in my calf one time and it was red and swollen and warm to touch. Thought itd go away but it didnt, went to the hospital 6 days later, doc did ultrasound and put me on antibiotics. If it doesnt go away in 2-3 days or pain doesn't decrease, go to hospital or doc.
Some pain is normal and usually gone in 3-4 days but if its there for a week (WAIT EXACTLY 7 DAYS & IF THERE'S STILL PAIN, THEN GO TO A DOCTOR)
