Hi guys my win expired this past August 8/2012 is it ok to take? I am a bit worried.. People say don't take expired water based gear... Please help!!!!

I understand oil base go a lot longer past its expiration date.. But water base I heard isn't so safe...

I would just drink it. It would be safer anyways, as bac. water can eventually have bacteria growth. Youll get pretty much the same results either way, but your body can fight off possible infection when passed through the stomach better than muscle tissue.

Waterbase is about 6 months past exp, oils 2 years and orals 5 years..

I'd still take them. Amps like that if true human grade I might use at a year over date. After that I'd drink it.
